Yes. This is a complaint.
I am not a negative person but do feel so bad after get the final score from my line manager.
It was a super challenge year last year for me, incident of Regent, first time popup store, eyewear sell in 101...
I score myself in 2.2, my manager said no, you can get 2.4 only when face to face review.
But, I get the final score from my manager in HRIS is 3.
She told me that HR do not allow score 2 more then 2 staffs.
Its really a stupid policy if my manager is telling the true.
A company policy should push staff to work harder, all hard working staffs should be engaged. But looks like that all depends on the staff ranking of line manager.
I was nominated to join many corporate programs, the reason from line manager is that "You are the best of department", and then told me "You are valued in 3 only.
Colleagues should be the partners, not competitors.
I know I can't change anything, just want to highlight the tricky policy.
I will not confirm my performance review result.
