Grooming Guidelines

1. As the leading luxury company in the beauty and fashion industry, we are especially aware of the importance of presenting a well groomed and appropriately attired appearance at all times.



2. All managers should be responsible to let respective staff understand and follow the Grooming Guidelines.



3. All staff should look pleasant and tidy and should be in appropriate business attire.



4. For all work-related occasions such as training sessions, meeting and trade market visits, etc., elegant business attire of our company are encouraged otherwise elegant business attire with no luxury brands.



5. If there are no schedules for meeting with clients/visitors or having trade market visits on Fridays, denim jeans with no holes or no strips may be worn in professional attire, i.e. our Ready-To-Wear with jeans for female staff and smart casual shirt with jeans for male staff.

Tops:

- Blouse

- Shirt

- Knitted blouse

- Jacket

- Cardigan

- Spaghetti tops should only be worn under a jacket/cardigan



Bottoms:

- Smart pants

- Skirts (knee length and below skirts encouraged)

- ¾ length “capris” pants

- tailored knee length or longer “shorts”

- Dresses



Footwear:

- Covered up shoes eg pumps

- Open-toes sandals with heels (painted toe nails are encouraged)



Make-up:

- Light or full make-up



Male Employees

Tops:

- Long or short sleeved business shirt (tie should be worn in formal meetings)



Bottoms:

Smart tailored pants

Tops:

- Revealing blouses eg low V-cut / plunging necklines



Bottoms:

- Mini skirts

- Casual /cargo pants

- Bermudas or shorts above knee length



Footwear:

- Thongs or slippers

- Sport footwear
